Canadian racing driver Ayden Ingratta is proud to announce the official launch of his new Driver Development Program, a structured mentorship initiative designed to guide young racers through the technical, mental, and professional demands of competitive motorsport.

Built from firsthand experience competing at high levels of karting and formula racing, the program is focused on developing well-rounded drivers both on and off the track. Ayden’s approach combines racecraft fundamentals, data analysis, fitness guidance, mindset coaching, and industry education — ensuring drivers are equipped not only to perform, but to progress.
